Product Manager - Stockholm

Reigning office Mario Kart champion. Also grew revenue 11x in 18 months.

The pitch

I don’t just get things done. I build teams people actually love being on, keep everyone aligned on the why, and turn that energy into products used by millions.

The short version
Silhouette watching the sunrise above the clouds, Indonesia

Born and raised in Germany, half Australian by blood, living in Sweden by choice. I've shipped products used by millions and grown revenue of a pre-sales tool 11x in 18 months. I do my best work where real ownership meets freedom with responsibility. I like working with talented, driven people who care about the product as much as I do, where the best ideas get built together instead of handed down, and where we actually enjoy the time we spend building them.

How I operate

I care about building something good. I care just as much about who I build it with.

Hand me something stuck and ambiguous. I find the real problem hiding under the mess, even on the stuff that's already failed a couple of times, and turn "we're blocked" into a decision we can act on. I don't make those calls alone: The best ideas come from the whole team, and people commit to a plan they helped shape far more than one handed to them. But when there's a hard call nobody wants to make, I'll take it.
The work is only half of it. I'm usually the one who starts the after-work beers, the ping-pong leaderboards, and the Mario Kart tournaments, which, for the record, I'm the reigning champion of. We spend too many hours at work not to enjoy the company of those we spend them with.

Evidence, not a headline. Here's what that actually looks like.

Ubiquiti
Product Manager
Jan 2025 - Present · Stockholm
  • Grew a product 11x in ~18 months.
  • Own three products end to end - Design Center, InnerSpace and UniFi Talk - and shipped AI into all of them (receipts below).
  • Brought beer, a Switch, ping-pong ladders and a Mario Kart league to an office that had none of it.
Challengermode
Product Manager
Oct 2019 - Jan 2025 · Stockholm
  • Scaled the esports platform from 800K to 10M users.
  • Steered the company through two pivots and pitched the second one myself.
  • Took mobile from zero to 1M.
Lufthansa
Product & Project Manager
Apr 2016 - Aug 2019 · Hamburg
  • Ran the airline industry's largest financial settlement process at 99%+ accuracy, every cycle.
  • Killed a broken Excel-and-email audit workflow by building the web app that replaced it. Pitched it, got the budget and team, shipped it.
  • Led a team of 4 in Hamburg plus a remote ops and QA crew in India.
Side quests
Reselling + building my own tools
Because why not
  • Co-founded RESET, a consumer wellness product for the morning after a big night out.
  • Imported and resold Japanese Pokemon cards at a tidy margin.
  • Built my own inventory tracker to run the card business, from a Google Sheet to a full web app.
  • Now shipping a mobile app for card scanning and custom collection tracking. When a tool doesn't exist, I make it.
Built with AI

Everyone says they use AI.
I'd rather just show you.

Shipped · Design Center

Walls that draw themselves.

AI wall detection reads a floor plan and draws the walls automatically - the most tedious step of every network design, gone.

Shipped · UniFi Talk

A torture lab for phones.

An AI rig that stress-tests our devices with calls around the clock, scores the quality and writes its own reports. It replaced manual QA cycles entirely.

Shipped · Company-wide

A copywriting agent.

Built with the design systems team. It keeps UI copy consistent across every team and product at Ubiquiti, so everything sounds like one company.

Internal · Every week

Agents that run my week.

A product wiki that updates itself, a launch tracker that watches the market, ticket drafting, release notes. If a task repeats, it gets handed to an agent.

Exhibit A

You're looking at it.

This site was designed, written and coded with Claude Code, reviewed screenshot by screenshot. The scroll choreography, the dot-grid world map, the light mode hiding bottom right - all of it. My CV says I build with AI. This page is what that means.

Daily drivers: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT.

Off the clock

The stuff that doesn't fit on a CV.

Been there South America, pending Antarctica is a someday problem.
Australia ×5

Six months after school, two more in 2024, and a passport to match. Mum's Australian.

New York

Lived there for six months. Still miss the bagels.

Indonesia

Two months on the road, backpack and all.

Ex-Lufthansa

Worked for an airline once, so getting around became a habit.

Feeding wallabies, Australia
The Australian half comes out every winter, when I start plotting my escape from the Swedish dark.
24 km around Drevviken
Then I remember Sweden freezes its lakes solid. Skated the full 24 km loop last winter.
Somewhere in Indonesia
Thirteen years in the gym, mostly consistent. You genuinely cannot tell.
Defqon.1 · duck hats mandatory
Melodic hardstyle is the soundtrack. Da Tweekaz on repeat, Defqon and Intents this year, Tomorrowland still on the list.

Also: six years of disc golf, zero aces, and an amount of optimism that is frankly unearned.

Strong opinions, weakly defended

Two hills I'm prepared to stand on.

01

Cheers first, then drink.

If we crack a beer at the same moment, we clink before anyone takes a sip. German law. I'm slowly getting all of Sweden on board.

02

Butter knives are a scam.

One knife does everything. Germans worked this out generations ago. Free up the drawer.

That's the whole list. I'm very reasonable about everything else.

Let's build
something good.

If you're hiring a PM who brings the energy and the numbers, let's talk.
